Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe
- Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for certain items, but restrictions apply.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original condition.
- We do not accept returns for final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (For Size or Color Changes)
- Customers who wish to exchange for a different size or color must return the item at their own cost.
- We will reship the new item for free (one-time free exchange).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund once the customer provides proof (photos/videos).
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
