Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over 90£.
Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages
  • If an order is not delivered within 45 days, we will issue a full refund to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lureale purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns based on the following guidelines:

Return Timeframe
  • Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for certain items, but restrictions apply.
Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original condition.
  • We do not accept returns for final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (For Size or Color Changes)
  • Customers who wish to exchange for a different size or color must return the item at their own cost.
  • We will reship the new item for free (one-time free exchange).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund once the customer provides proof (photos/videos).
How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return label if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
